Shipping
Step 1
Fill out one of our downloaded work orders (PDF, 7 kb) with specified instructions along with upper and lower alginate models (poured in medium hard stone) and bite registration.
Step 2
Make sure to individually wrap models in bubble-wrap or tissue paper to protect during shipping.
Step 3
Place models into sturdy cardboard shipping box making sure to add tissue or bubble padding.
Sending the case to us is FAST, EASY, and FREE using our shipping partner DHL and EZ shipping labels.
There are two ways to receive the DHL EZ shipping label:
- send an email with the Dr’s name and address to our shipping dept. dhlship@resista.com and we will express mail your EZ shipping labels next day.
- Call 800-248-2476 and we will send your EZ shipping labels the next day!
Once you receive the labels simply fill-in your address and peel-off the self adhesive label and place on the box.
Retain the bottom portion of the label containing tracking number for your records.
